We appointed eduthing as our IT consultants and are very pleased with the service. The ethos of the company conveyed by the CEO during the tender process and the COO during our initial meeting was exactly what we were looking for. The support team are always friendly and helpful and will be persistent when trying to resolve the issues within our technology. Our print release software was a particular nightmare, but eduthing did not give up and we now have a solution. Our system is in need of updating and we look forward very much to the outcome of the recent IT audit and working with eduthing to improve hardware, speeds of data and our working practices. We have a lot of work to do and are confident that eduthing will guide us through this process.
