Remote Pro-Active Checks
A fundamental part of our service are our remote proactive checks. To ensure a fully functioning network, we continually monitor the status and health of your server infrastructure. Alerts will immediately warn us of issues for example with backups, disk space and responsiveness meaning we can reduce downtime and any disruption to your critical systems.
Issues identified will be fixed remotely if possible, and logged on our IT Service Desk. Should additional support be required to fix the issue, the school IT lead will be notified to decide on an appropriate course of action.
