We won’t limit your support! Our service desk is manned from 07:00 until 18:00 Monday to Friday, tickets can be logged anytime via our online portal or by email. Our service is available to the whole school – not only technical staff, but teachers and administration staff.
Once a call is logged the team assess the issue and then either fix it if possible, or pass the call to an appropriately skilled team member who can advise on a resolution. Staff can track the status of their call by logging into the portal.
